Terms of Use

1. What YourLegacy Studio is

• It is the creator and content side of YourLegacy: it runs its creator program and produces content with creators for the brands and clients we work with.
• We create and manage the content that brings interested contacts to those clients. Studio does not resell other companies’ services.
• Digital services (websites, automations, AI agents, funnels) are provided by YourLegacy Tech under its own terms.
• Creator cards, rings and bracelets are part of the program; they are not sold on this website.

2. Using the website

• Use it lawfully. Do not try to access areas without permission, scrape or overload the website, or submit false information.
• The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law.
• Text and data mining: public pages may be read and quoted, including by search engines and AI assistants. For the videos on this website and for the creators’ profiles, photos, videos and voices published on it, we expressly reserve text and data mining (Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and, in Spain, Article 67.3 of Royal Decree-law 24/2021): they may not be used to train artificial-intelligence models or to extract their data without our written permission. The reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form, in /robots.txt and /.well-known/tdmrep.json.

3. Accounts and the Panel

• Access is by invitation or manual approval only: there is no automatic sign-up.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your account secure: you are responsible for what happens in it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the program conditions.

4. The creator program

• Your participation is governed by these terms and by the conditions of each offer, which you see and accept in your Panel before earning commissions.
• No income is guaranteed. Commissions arise only from real payments by real clients, as those conditions say, and if the client gets their payment back, the commission is deducted.
• When you post, always disclose that it is a collaboration (for example, #ad at the start). The guide is in "Learn".
• Spam, mass automated messages and pretending to be part of the client’s company are not allowed.

5. Content you upload

• The videos and photos you upload remain yours.
• By uploading them and checking the rights box, you give us the permission to use them described in that box.
• You confirm that you have all the rights to what you upload and the consent of everyone who appears in it.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe something published on this website or in the Panel infringes your copyright, write to contact@yourlegacy.tech with the subject "DMCA". So that we can act on the notice, include:

• The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The infringing material and where it is (its web address, or enough to find it).
• Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If we remove your content because of a notice, we will tell you, and you can reply with a counter-notice to the same email. In appropriate circumstances, we will close the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

7. Reporting content and moderation

Single point of contact (EU Digital Services Act, Articles 11 and 12), for authorities and for anyone: contact@yourlegacy.tech or the “Report content” form (/denunciar), in English or Spanish.

Anyone can use that form, without an account, to tell us about content that is illegal or infringes rights: the reason, where it is and why and, if they wish, their name and email so we can reply. Intimate images shared without consent, anything involving minors and threats are handled within 48 hours; everything else, within 7 days. Our moderation rules:

• What is not allowed: anything illegal; anything that infringes other people’s rights (copyright, likeness or privacy); intimate images shared without consent; anything involving minors; hate, threats and fraud; and anything that breaks the program rules.
• How we decide: a person on the team reviews every report. We do not use automated systems to remove content.
• What we can do: remove or disable the content, take someone out of the community, and suspend or close an account. If there is a crime threatening someone’s life or safety, we tell the authorities.
• We tell you why: if we remove something of yours, we tell you the reason and the rule or law we rely on. You can reply to that email to ask us to review it again.
• We keep each report and its resolution for 3 years.

8. Disclaimers and liability

• The website and the Panel are provided "as is" and "as available".
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida (USA), and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, have jurisdiction.
